At Sihoo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ergonomic seating experience. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Disassemble the chair carefully and pack it in its original box with all tools, manuals, and protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location; please ensure you keep your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
